Mariana Paola Vicente Morales was born on January 8, 1989, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Vicente was crowned Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2010 at the Finale held on November 12, 2009 in San Juan. She will represent the country at Miss Universe 2010 in Las Vegas this August.
